Alison Krauss
Alison Krauss, a bluegrass fiddler from Tennessee at age 19, became a international star in 1990 when she getting the Grammy Award in 1990 for Best Bluegrass Album. This was an incredible feat and not only because Krauss was young however, I've Got That Old Feeling was the third album in her album collection. Too Late To Cry is her first album. The album was released in Champaign Illinois as she was sixteen years old. In the year 14 she signed her first contract in the form of Rounder Records - one of the world's top folk music labels. And Krauss's accomplishments at such a young age and her incredible virtuosity has always been matched by her faithfulness to bluegrass, the oldest and most overlooked form of traditional American musical forms. Krauss at one time a teenager phenom, had become a professional musician and producer.
