Angelica Therese Bengtsson excels at pole vaulting. She was the winner of the first Summer Youth Olympics held in Singapore, 2010. Angelica Panganiban, born on the 4th of November, 1986 in Payatas (Quezon City) was the child of her mother who is a Filipina. She was born in Payatas, Quezon City November 4 in 1986. Her mother died in 2008 and was buried in Singapore while her dad is an American born in Iowa. He is also an ex- US Navy member. Mark Charlson her father is retired U.S. Navy from Iowa. He was a member of the U.S.S. O'Brien which was stationed in the Philippines. Annabelle Panganiban was her mother at a young age. Adolfo Panganiban was her grandma. Annabelle Panganiban was adopted when she was a child and Adolfo Panganiban's parents took care of her.
