Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd first began training in combat sports when she was fourteen years old. She was trained in boxing, kickboxing wrestling and BJJ before making her amateur debut at age 18, at WCFC with Jaimee Nievera. Ladd had an amazing three-fight winning streak in Ultimate Reno Combat. In each of the three bouts she beat her opponent in the very first round. Aspen went back to WCFC for the purpose of defeating Leslie Rodriguez through a unanimous decision. Aspen initially defeated Silvia Babyghian before going on to face Maddy Simmons at WCFC 9, where she faced Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia was defeated by Aspen in a unanimous vote. The loss put a mark on Ladd's amateur record. Ladd won her next match against Roma Pawelek to improve to a record of 8-1. Aspen began her career in 2015, signing to Invicta FC for her professional debut. Invicta Aspen fought Ana Carolina Vidal in Invicta 2011, and was victorious by first-round TKO. Invicta Fighter Championships 16. She won the following match against Amanda Cooper through a second-round submission by armbar. Aspen made use of her wrestling prowess to defeat McGill in the third round of a TKO. Aspen was then able to face Jessica Hoy for Invicta FC18 in a catchweight of 138.1lb. Ladd was not capable of achieving the weight but Aspen was victorious and defeated Hoy by TKO. She fought Linalansberg at UFC Fight Night 118. She was a step ahead of Lina and then pounded her on the ground for a second-round TKO victory. In her second fight, she defeated Tonya Evinger even more impressively. Ladd ended Evinger during the first round and got a performance of the night bonus. Sijara Eubanks from Invicta FC was her opponent for an rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos against Lee. This was her first big fight.
